I contributed an article earlier this year to Asia-Pacific Institute of Experts newsletter (April 2026 issue) discussing the developments around climate change, extreme weather impacts, loss and damage under UNFCCC and climate litigation. As COP31 (9 – 20 Nov 2026, Antalya, Türkiye) approaches, with the catastrophic Nepal-Tibet floods on 26 Aug 2026 in recent memory, there would likely be some active discussion on this topic again.
